would a tv2 cam spec 232/234 .595/.598 112lsa fit a 5.3 motor

It would technically fit but keep in mind that is a pretty large cam for a 5.3l motor. If that motor is going to be driven on the street a lot I would try and step down some in duration, you will end up with better driveability that way.
