Default 5.3 Heads, mill or MLS .040 head gasket?

so i have everything for my head/cam build except the heads and the head gaskets. i am getting PRC 5.3 stage 2.5 heads that come stock with a 62cc chamber (original 5.3 is around 61.3cc, TSP opens up the chambers a little to unshroud the new bigger 2.02 valves) and i was wondering if i should mill them to 60cc and use a GM MLS head gasket (not sure if the stock one is .056 or .051, could not find a definitive answer on it) or go with the .040 head gasket and leave the heads how they are? now TSP will mill them for free and that would save me the extra 90 or so bucks on the high end head gasket.

my question is that is there any downside to milling heads vs smaller head gasket and what size chambers would i need (if not 60cc with GM MLS head gasket) to obtain 11:1 compression ratio?

just a side note, does anybody know the true compressed size of GM MLS 3.91 head gaskets?

.051 is a compressed head gasket thickness.
