Red face condsidering a LQ9 swap info needed......

I can get a LQ9 shortblock at a real REAL good deal, thinking about just using all my bolt on and cam set up parts, but would need a set of heads. this is my current setup......
- AE Fuel Rails
- SVO #30 RED TOP INJECTORS
- SLP LID & COLD AIR KIT
- GRANATELLI 85mm MAF
- GRANATELLI 255 FUEL PUMP
...- 85mm POLISHED INTAKE FROM Professional Products
- 85mm POLISHED THROTTLE BODY FROM Professional Products
- 8.5mm MSD PLUG WIRES
- Complete Patriot Valve Springs Extreme Package Locks/Retainers/Springs
- COMP Chromemoly Heat Treated Pushrods
- 608/612 110 lsa TREX CAM
- Pacesetter Headers
- Texas Speed True Dual Exhaust

my question is would this all be a good setup and what heads should i use, cant really afford the high dollar aftermarket heads, and what else would i need to do the swap, oil pan? gaskets, or anything else?

so the oil pan off my ls1 wont work?
