Default P0300 on a 99 C5. LS2 head swap worth it?

I'm getting a P0300 thrown after the motor was over revved. I did a compression test and found cylinders 4 and 5 are at 100 and 110 respectively. I haven't started taking the motor apart but I can only assume it's another case of the springs/valves going. I realize the pistons could be scarred as well but I'll cross that bridge when I get to it. I'm debating on getting replacement heads and leaving it at that or upgrading to LS2 heads (part# 12576063). From searching on here is looks like I'll need to also get new centerbolt valve covers new coil pack mounting hardware. Would anything else have to change? Would the intake and exhaust ports still line up?

Also does anyone have the part # for the 99 replacement heads? Being a 99 it sounds like they are 853s.
