Default 98 SS, Combo Help

Posting this for a friend.

Car has 123K and he wants to do a spring build. Car is A4 and in pretty good condition. He would like 500 N/A but not really sure if he can get it. Here is the combo he and I came up with.

BOTTOM END
-New LS1/6 Engine Block (Possible)
-Callies CompStar Crank (383)
-Callies CompStar Rods W/ARP2000 Bolts
-Weisco -2cc Flat Top Pistons W/Steel Top Rings
-Clevite Bearings
-Balanced
-Texas Speed Ported LS6 Oil Pump
-ARP Main Studs
TOP END/CAM
-Texas Speed/PRC Stage 2.5 LS6 Heads (Ported by a local guy)
-Shave the heads for a higher compression
-Yella Terra Roller Rockers
-Comp Cams Pushrods
-Comp Cams "Comp R" Roller Lifters
-Pat G Spec'd Comp Ground Cam
-ARP Head Studs
-GM Gasket Set
TRANSMISSION AND REAR END
-Performabuilt or FLT Built 4L80E
-Circle D 4000-ish Torque Converter
-Strange 9" Rear End (35 Spline, Waveloc, 4.11 Gears)
INTAKE AND EXHAUST
-Not sure on Intake
-FTP 98mm Lid
-Nitro Dave's Custom Direct Port Kit (Standalone, FJO, Etc.)
-Texas Speed 1 7/8" Longtube Headers
-Texas Speed True Dual Sweet Thunder Exhaust
SUSPENSION
-Car basically has everything suspension wise but adding
-BMR Tubular K Member
-New Koni Shocks and Struts
-Bear Front Brakes
-SLP Line Lock

#1: Intake. The car is a 98 so no LS6 Intake, I suggested a 102 or a used 92. How would a ported LS6 do compared to these?
#2: Nitrous. How much spray could this motor take?
#3: He would like 500rwhp, what would you change to get it there?
#4: Am I missing anything?

1-You gain nothing porting an LS6 so start looking for a used FAST combo.

2-Depends on ring gaps, deck thickness of heads, studs etc... a 250-300 shot if setup right.. Look at a progressive kit if you are gonna hit it that hard...

3-Tough but certainly not impossible N/A with great heads. If sticking with 243's look at AI or TEA heads But I would get some TFS, AFR, PI or PRC proprietary heads...Thicker decks more material in rocker stands etc...

4-104mm lid and 100mm MAF or with a good speed density tune you should see 10+ easy over a MAF tune..

Gonna be tough N/A with that heavy rear and big stalled 4l80 but should scoot down the track....

Thanks for the help!
