Default E85 Turbine housing and camshaft help

In the middle of a 402 twin turbo build and need some help on turbine sizing and camshaft. Any difference in camshaft or turbine housing sizing with E85?
Engine so far
Grout filled LQ9 with billet and pinned main caps
Callies crank
Callies I-beam rods
Custom CP pistons
RHS 210cc heads
Morel short travel hydraulic lifters
Jesel 1.9 pro rockers
2 x GTX3582r Garrett turbos (no turbine housing supplied)
Fast 102mm manifold with 102mm throttle body
Melling high volume pump
Double row timing chain
Comp cams 26094 springs ( 180 seat pressure )

Not sure if can use 1.9 rockers as maybe acc rate on camshaft maybe to fast on normal grind? Want to run max boost of 20psi on track and 12psi for the street , so where do you think i should start with the turbine housings . I have a set of ported truck manifolds but if you think a set of headers is going to make a big difference will go with that . Will there be a great difference in camshaft and turbine housing size between truck manifolds and headers . Any problems running E85 . There's a few questions here , any help would be great
