Just a quick question. How much more power would these heads make over a set of stock 243 heads with a 230/234 XFI/XE-R 114+2 cam?

EXACT same Pred-Z cam, stalled a4, ARH + catted y, Hooker CB, 25% UD, 90/90, those heads 415/383. Switched to TFS 220 as cast and picked up 19/19.

I can tell you i gained 40hp over a set of top sponsor's cnc ported ls1 heads when i went to AFR 205 heads. The new afr 210 head seems to be a great piece. I'm sure the gain would be well worth te price.

I would expect you to pick up anywhere between 15-25rwhp with those heads over a 243 casting. An aftermarket casting would definitely do better but if you are on a budget I think these would be some of the better heads available for the price.
