Assembling my 370", rod bolt lube question
im going to put my engine together tomorrow and i was wondering about the rod bolt lube...
callies compstar h beams, comes with ep3 lube..
i used arp ultra torque on my main studs and will be using it on my headstuds as well..
should i use it on my rod bolts? i dont have a stretch gauge so im doing the 3 time cycling method.. not perfect i know but ive done it before with no problems..
which lube would you use? the rod bolts are already covered in this ep3 lube... so im gonna have to clean them first in order to use the arp lube..
opinions?
