Default help car running like poo!

so about a month ago i did a clutch swap on my brothers car and before the swap it ran fine but now it seems like its getting way too much fuel plugs are getting soaked and its bogging all the time what could i have done that would have caused this his car is modded 42lb injectors heads cam fast intake headers in line msd pump tried changing out the o2's and plugs and it didn't seem to help and now its getting a low voltage issue driving around at 10-11volts started about 2 days ago changed the out the battery cause auto zone claimed it was the battery but issue still is present and they said the alt was putting out about 15v but the car is only seeing 10-11v

any ideas 2002 zo6 40k miles rarely driven in rain

So the only change was the clutch? It was tuned and ran fine before? Did you have to disconnect the exhaust or remove the headers?

If this is the case I would look for an exhaust leak near the motor. If you have unmetered air entering the system upstream of the 02's, it will think that it is running lean and attempt to correct by adding fuel.
