Default blue smoke out of exhaust, pcv?

Hey everyone Ive got a quick question. Well i just installed a 228r cam on 110lsa into my car and it is now smoking. I have had the hardest time trying to tell if it is black, blue or white smoke. While looking at it earlier i decided it looks more blueish. so i know it must be oil burning. I checked my pcv and pulled off my oil fill cap and smoke comes out of it but it looks slightly white. if i unhook the pcv smoke will come out of it also. If i cap one the other will just emit for smoke. thanks.

your valve seals are probably leaking.remove the oil filler cap and put your hand over it ,do you feel any pressure coming out?

I put my hand over it earlier and if anything it felt like there was a slight suction.
