Default what size cam to get?

ok im thinkin about putting a cam in my car. who can i talk to about gettin the right one for my car? what sponsors are good when it comes to cams? i will have all the bolt ons including lsx intake and full length headers and i still need something reliable for the street but something i can put down some good power with. heads might be in the future too. id like to see 410 at the ground but i dotn wanna go too agressive. i was thinking duration in the hood of about 224-232 and lift about 560-580 any ideas?

You need a TR224 or similar.

If you need to pass emissions, a 224/224 114 is the most I'd go with. If not, something in the mid 230 range, but keep the lift around 563 or less else you will be changing springs often.

Everyone has a favorite spring, but I'm convinced comp 918's are still the best if you stay withing there lift range. Duals add too much weigth IMO. Since emissions is not problem, I'd go with that TSP 231 cam that is so popular right now. As far as lift, it has far less bearing on HP than duration.
