Default Stock LS1 crankshaft strength???

I'm having my LS1 out of a 99 Vette FRC, rebuild with forged pistons and rods. What worries me is the stock crankshaft I'll be reusing. I've read around with calms that it can handle over 1000rwhp, but I'll be happy with 400-450rwhp on a n/a setup and 500-600rwhp when I do decide to s/c in the future. Just wanna know if the calms about the crankshaft are true and can it handle my horsepower goals?

every crank is diff but 1000 hp and under 7k rpms you should be fine.

i woundlnt hang a big supercharger off the front as that added more stress on the crank

To my knowledge there has still not been a reported case of crank failure in an LS1. Thats not saying that it wont flex in the 1000+ set ups, but its nothing to worry about for your build.

True, but I was thinking a roots style s/c. I hear it's more reliable than the centrifugal system and I don't see myself running more than 10lb of boost.
