im looking for one that will work for stock short block and can hit 480 h p mark

I have yet to see a decent priced H/C package that will consistently deliver the numbers you are seeking. If you have unlimited funds then go to the dyno forum and do a search. I am sure you will find a few that have hit 500 on short block but I do not think they are either very streetable or very affordable. Set your goal a little lower then ask the question, I am sure many more people could then chime in with their personal experience and dyno numbers as well.

is that crank or rwhp? crank can be done with a variety of h/c packages or some cam only setups with an m6 and bolt ons. if you want rwhp you'll need a pretty stout cam along the likes of the x2/x3 and some S2 heads. or you can pick up the new TR T-Rex cam, huge cam only power but not for the faint of heart.

just do some research and list your current mods. your question is way to vague
