Default oh crap its broke

hey guys i just bought a stock LQ4 as a core knowing it had a broken rod. my fears came true as i tore it down. part of the cylinder wall at the bottom of the hole is broken out. there is about 3/8" to 5/16" of "good" metal from the end of the damage to the mark caused by the rings. i was hoping to stroke this motor, but now im not sure. any input or thoughts
