Default heads and cam swap

What is the best way to install heads and cam on a '99 T/A 1.) dropping the motor & trans out of the bottom (have access to a lift) 2.) motor still in the car. Im thinking dropping the motor out the bottom would maybe take longer but be easier because of the lack of space with the motor still in the car. any tips or tricks are much appreciated.

Leave the motor in just pull the radiator. There's more room than you think once you start pulling stuff off!

You need supporting things like valve springs, pushrods, timing chain, and oil pump

I've done a couple with it in the car. It's easier out of the car, just not worth all the trouble taking it all out. So, in the car!!!
