Need advice on what to buy for my heads

Need advice on what to buy for my heads I have to pull my heads to remove a broken header bolt and I figured I'd might as well upgrade while Im doing it.
I found a set of Bill Elliot heads that only come with stock valves.
What should I get to make these heads work? I don't plan on camming the car at this time but I will in the future. My motor has 136k miles on it so I figured some of the valvetrain if not all would be worn out and shouldn't be reused If I'm already breaking into the heads
Got some advice for me? A parts list perhaps? lol

I dont know anything about Bill Elliot heads but if your not cammed or anything I would just buy some used low mileage yellow behive springs, some new valve seals, all the required gaskets, and call it good.
