cam suggestion 99 ls1 lt headers, bbk intake, stock heads, 6spd 4:10's.. recommend my friend a cam. Wants to shift about 6200-6300rpms. Cam has to sound good and be DD able to an extent.

That's a big question. We have 2 or 3 cam vendors on this forum and all of them have good cams. Look around and do a search and you can find one to call. You need to tell them exactly what you are looking for to make a selection.
