Default G5X1 witch milled 706's?

I am currently running a 5.3 with G5X1 with the stock heads milled .050" and a stock gaskets from napa. When I milled the heads I spoke with LG and they told me I could mill the heads a MAX of .059 with my setup and that would give me 11.2:1 cr. I recently purchased a LS1 shortblock and would like to swap my heads and cam but dont know if the heads will work well being milled that much or how high the CR will be on the bigger bore. Any Input? I havent purchased any gaskets yet. I will be upgrading to arp rod bolts but the shortblock is stock and its a street truck so I want to keep it on 93 octane.
