I had an LS6 cam, jet hots, 3" true duals, and a lid, and with a crappy 60' (2.01 or something) I pulled a 13.2. I ran 13.9 stock. This is a 99 A4 car on street tires. So I was also missing the Ls6 intake.

330-5.9056
1/8-8.7701
1/8-86.57-TIME
1/4-13.2020
1/4-109.64-TIME
Mods- Airlid,Slp Maf,FTRA,ASP Pully's,ZO6 cam, adj panhard rod, LCA, And 17-11(315's) in the back, and Magnaflow. The last time i dyno'ed was without the ZO6 cam and FTRA,and ASP pully's. And it was 326.3 whp, and 333.6 torque. I can feel the diff with that cam big time when im above 4000 and all the way to 6400. So im pretty shure i instaled the cam right. I spun out alot last night so i could never really gas it in secound. Next week I'll lower the tire pressure down some.(40psi last night)F1 GS-D3

I did 11.91 @ 113.xx with my 02 LS6 cam and springs combo back in the fall of 03. I didn't keep the cam in the car long though because I found a great deal on another cam. I noticed a slight improvement with it. Looking back I really miss the drivability. There are definitely cams that make lots more power out there but you can't beat the "plug ang play" of the LS6 cam. I liked the cam but as always the need to go bigger got the best of me. I still have it and may put it back in one of these days. My mods are in the sig. BTW I don't have an LS6 manifold

I don't see a converter in your sig. Ran those times with the stock one eh?

A buddy of mine in Florida went 11.8 @ 118 with an SLP lid, Hooker Longtubes, Flowtech Cutout, LS6 cam, and a 4.10 gear. It was in a full-weight 6 spd Z28 on Nitto's.

You can have any performance mod you want......the name of the game is TRACTION . If you can't put the power to the ground you won't run the number. Slow 60 ft times are in direct relation with spinning, squealing, chirping or any other tire noise you can think of. Either way it all works out to one thing....LOSS OF TRACTION. My 1968 Firebird runs low 9's all day and i drive it on the street. Will it run that fast on the street....Hell no,not even with cheater slicks. I'm sure that cam is more than capable of running 11's or better, but you'll never get there without putting the power to the ground.

Traction is key.

I ran a 13.0 @ 110 BEFORE headers and ls6 intake with the ls6 cam. 60' was a horrid 2.2 with much spinning in 2nd gear. I should be well into the 12s with traction.

Is the cam capable of 11s? Yes. Will many see that? No.

I have a friend with a 2002 Z28 with stock heads, full bolton's, and a stock converter. He ran 12.33 on a 20000 mile stock tire. (Mad props given for the driving) @ 115 MPH.
I weigh about 75 lbs lighter and I went 12.30 20 minutes later.
I guess I have some decent driving skills myself.
60 ft time was a 1.97 from his pass and a 1.98 from mine.
Very hard to launch with garbage tires.
3500 Stall and slicks coming in a few weeks.

I went 12.10@112 with NO TUNING and 5 degrees of knock retard. I have the LS6 intake, long tube headers and flowmaster catback, PY3600e convertor, stock 3:23 gears, stock heads, nothing on the motor has been ported. 3500lb race weight.

there is a guy locally that runs 11.80's with that cam. he has a 4400 verter, no headers, and 3.23 gears. the car is full weight, btw. the cam can make decent times, it just has to be in a car that is set up right.
