Default New Cam Fly cutting?

I ordered the thunder racing head and cam kit with the patriot ls6 59 cc heads and the "TR TRuTorq" Level 1 - 219/224 .609/.604 115 LSA and the GM MLS 5.3/5.7L Head Gaskets going on my otherwise stock 2000 engine am I pushing the edge to where I will need to fly cut the pistons to achieve ptv clearance?

I doesn't seem to be needing any flycut. Measure your actual PTV and then decide.

That is a relatively small cam but I would still measure clearance to be sure. The milling of the heads definitely killed some clearance but there should still be some room.
