Default Water in Exhaust-need help

I have a TJ Jeep LS1 conversion we just got started up today. Started instantly, ran for 15 seconds with 60 PSI oil pressure. Next we put water in and the belt. A couple small items and it ran for 20 seconds and we checked things out, The TJ Jeep has been inside dry stored. New exhaust/S&P headers. We had water out the exhaust when we checked. A couple puddles underneath. The oil looks great, no sludge or high level. I have LS6 heads and intake I just put on the used motor, 25K, also cam and some other changes. The water pump was drilled for the steam port. We looked at the throttle body and changed the lines around on the TB as I might have had the bypass line going into the TB... not sure. Seemed to run ok, still the computer is searching things out. Ran it again for 10 seconds with the lines switched and seemed better. Did I screw something up? There does not appear to be any damage. Not sure what next step should be?

My guess is the water you see is the condensation in the pipe...

When I start my car and let it idle for several minutes, the first big rev I give usually shoots several ounces of water. Unless it happens frequently, I wouldn't worry about it.
