Default Help with motor build

Im thinking about buying a set of heads and was wondering if i would have any clearance issues, and if not what the compression ratio would come out to be.
The possible setup:
-lq9 bottom end
-stage 3 cnc 243 castings
manley 2.08"/1.6" +.100 length ss valves, shims included
iski 6105-sp srings/ti retainers
237cc intake runners
64cc chambers
-Trex or V3 cam

Any help would be apreciated. Im trying for a budget built with good output.

I'm not sure what You're compression ratio would be , but there are 100's of calculator sites ,,,,,I think Wallace Racing is 1 that I've seen someone on here promote . They are all free btw . You need to know You're bore n stroke n combustion chamber vol in cc's (64) n head gasket thickness, how much in thous of an inch You're pistons come out of block at TDC ,,,,,,etc with the pistons coming out of block like .010 or .015 , You enter a negative # (-.015 etc) . Good luck
