I https://ls1tech.com/forums/generatio...-ls3-bore.html

https://ls1tech.com/forums/generatio...w-numbers.html

I think your limited on choice but the above 2 might work, except the first one might need a bore.

I don't know if they would work with the 2.20" intake valve on a 4.00" bore, but you could probably find a machine shop to turn the titanium intakes down a little bit and do the valve job to make it work. Punching out the cylinders to 4.030" wouldn't hurt either.

You'd be crippling the heads by modifying them to fit...sell them and turn that cash into heads that will work on your application.

been trying to sell them but had no luck...

I already got to bore my block no matter what so thats def going to happen

I know ill be holding back the heads but it would make more power even if I do w a LS7 top end other than a LS6 set up either way

Prob do a stroker 408 w those heads

The LS7 heads with the valves turned down to fit would be a hell of a lot better than LS3 heads on the same engine.

Don't think of it as "crippling" or "holding back" the heads. More accurately, you're sizing the heads to the application.

LS7 heads will not work with either a LS1 or LS2 block. You either buy appropriate heads or buy a LS3 short block, take your pick.

Put a LS7 head on my bare 6.0 block last night, the exhaust valve is darn close to the cycl wall If I bore the block and have the exhaust valve turned down I think it will work!

Ive bored many 6.0 engines that check out up to .060 over
If ur block is in good condition.go for a .060 overbore. I know one guy on here went ..100 over without any probs.
