afr 225 and yella terra 1.7 non adjustable clearance in heads issue? I have been running 1.8 yella terra no problems with my afr 225. Non adjustable 1.8.I wanted to go to 1.7 to make things easier on the valve train.
But finding those 1.7 are very tight in there. Scares me some and wondering if you guys that are running the 1.7 are clearancing the rockers or the heads to give more clearance. I may just go back to the 1.8s but still curious. The 1.8 seem to have quite a lot of clearance.

There is around 2 thousands ? or whatever clearance. AFR said should be fine and didn't hear of many people grinding on the rocker or heads to try to get more. So stickign with the 1.7. but found out had 8017 springs and thought had 8019 must have been old stock when got them few years back. So swapping in 8019 for more peace of mind.
