Default ARP Main studs that didnt bottom out?

I have to back off my ARP main studs about 3 turns to get the nuts the whole way on. ARP says common but everyone else says not right on non-LS1s. Anyone else have this problem or did yours all bottom out fine? thanks
Oh and no side bolts for $250 ARP main studs...what a freakin rip off.

Sorry, I paid $149...got them and the head bolts mixed up. I guess screwing them in the needed distance with thread locker is okay?

You do need to back them out to get the nuts on all of the way. This is not a problem. Good luck
