Default push rod question?

I have a lq4 with 241 heads everything else is stock can I still use the stock lq4 push rods or do I need something different.

I would measure to be safe. Aftermarket pushrods are a solid investment even on a stockish motor because quite frankly the stock ones aren't very good.

More than likely they will be fine all else being stock but it's good practice to measure to confirm it. Like mentioned above, aftermarket ones are stronger and will take the abuse of an over-rev.
