Default which heads

I know usually you pick the cam to match the flow of the heads but I already have a nice cam that I like. What heads would best match my cam which is a comp xer lobe 224/236 .610/.609 111+3. This is still the stock cubed ls1 as well

Thanks, Mike

The answer depends a lot on your budget. If you have the coin get the Trick Flow 215s.

I'd rather stick with a ported stock casting so that if the bottom end does come apart I'm not out as much cash as I would be on aftermarket castings.

My second choice would be a set of used 243s reworked by either Total Engine Airflow, or Advanced Induction.

These 243's will work just fine! I'm very happy with mine.
