Question timing chain against timing belt?

what about this thread timing belt vs timing chain? advantages and disadvantages, what do you say guys?

The Jesel catalog indicates the main advantages as being reduced harmonics reaching the camshaft as well as improved durability.

Chains usually last the life of the vehicle but make more noise..

Belt's you need to replace at intervals but are more quiet and don't flex as much..

I personally prefer chains

And if you have a Ford Exploder the chain guides make god awful noises when they wear out... Sounds like your rods are going to come through the pan at any moment

ok, i was meaning jessel belts, referred to drag racing, i think it helped me out, that was something i had in mind, thanks

I would probably go with the Jessel belt if it's as strong as You say and I have no reason to doubt that ,,,,,,,,,,smoother engine , less wear on the valve train as a whole ,,,,,,,more power granted a little bit just from less vibration .
