Dry sump oil system

some one is giving me a complete dry sump oil system, was thinking on running it due to clearance issues with the oil pan, is any one running one? and are they difficult to install? will i gain any power if any?

What type of dry sump?

Depending on the amount of stages, they usually are not that difficult, but you really want to do your research or have someone to consult who knows dry sump systems pretty well.
