Default ATI Crank Pin HELP

Pinning my crankshaft with ATI pinning kit. Drilled and reamed and pin doesn't want to go in enough. Protruding .29" now and need to get to .093" is something wrong, I hate pounding on the crankshaft. Pin is .50" long.

As long as you drilled through the threads it should go right in.

Take the drill blank end (opposite of the drill end) and see if it penetrates through the hole to the ID where the pulley bolt goes. If it does, try again with the butt end of the ream tool. Wondering if you reamed through deep enough.

I can't get the pin out now. Okay to grind it down to .093? .22" in the crank.

Try to push it out from the inside. Did you pound it in? How deep is it into the crank?

.22" into crank, pin is .50" long, .28" protruding from crank. Pounded it in. Used vise grips trying to pull it out, no luck. I think grinding it down is my only option. No way to push out from inside. Thanks.
