Default Questions on LM7/LS1 build

Greetings to all...

I work at a small machine shop and am helping a friend put together an LM7 that he got for stupid cheap.

basically here's the parts list we have so far:

Bottom end:
-LM7 block
-LM7 crank
-LM7 rods
-LS1 OE replacement flat-top pistons

Heads
-LM7 862 casting, already shaved ~0.012
-LQ9 valves (all 16)

Obviously the block wil be bored to match the LS1 bore, the intake valve seats will be machined larger to accept the LQ9 intake valves(exhaust valves are identical IIRC).

So, as you can see, we are basically just making an iron 5.7L, just upgraded so far at the smaller head chambers, and larger intake valves. Thats honestly where my role ends as the machinist, and its just assembly and parts sourcing after that(cam selection, header, intake will be up to the owner).

The final destination for this engine is that it will end up in either an S13 or S14 240SX, most likely with a T5 to begin with, then later upgraded to a T56.

From what I've supplied here, are there any dangers we should look out for (ie excessively raised compression, valve/piston clearance, etc)?

Thank you in advance for your time, and any assistance is much appreciated!
