Diameter of air inlet restriction on passenger valve cover elbow?

Diameter of air inlet restriction on passenger valve cover elbow? I'm reversing the flow of my PCV system - using the rear driver side valve cover fitting as an inlet, and building an oil seperator/breather on/in the oil filler neck that will be plumbed to the PCV valve.
To get good circulation through the crankcase, I can't use the stock/normal inlet elbow that's behind the filler neck. To get the right amount of airflow and vacuum, I need to put a restriction in the new inlet line that will go from the top throttle body fitting to the rear driver valve cover fitting.
The original inlet is a 3/8 (or close metric equivalent) right angle hose barb, with an internal restriction that I can't see or get to to measure. Does anyone have a stock LS1 passenger valve cover sitting around?
My car is a 2001, but a measurement from any LS1 would be a start. As far as I know, they all use the fitting behind the filler neck as the inlet.

I'm looking at my set that I sent to be chromed right now off my 2K TA. Neither one of the right angle hose barbs on the PS valve cover have any type of restriction in them and the internal dia. measures .295"
