Default GMHTP Lunati cam

i was just wondering if anybody has ran the lunati 230/238 cam the in GMHTP cam shoot out and what they thought about it. or the lunati 232/238 cam. please include other mods too.

Lunati aren't widely used. Majority of people, probably 90%, run Comp based cams. Second most used would more than likely be Cam Motion.

ya thats what iv been seeing. but that lunati cam did dam good in my opinion in that ls1 cam shoot out!

I do not know whether that particular cam will give you what you want out of cam, but as general matter Lunati is pretty particular about what their name goes on.

well i went ahead and bought the 60512 lunati. i will post results after i get it installed.

the car dynoed 408 hp @ 6500 and 370 tq @ 5000. what yal think? these are weather corrected numbers

it feels pretty good. now im gonna get me some lca relocation brackets and a good tq arm is next on the list

it was pretty flat. had about 325 ft lb at 3000, topped off at 370 ft lb at 5000 and went back down to 325 ft lb at 6500.
