Default best tool for replaceing springs in vehicle?

Long story short. i put heads on my car that have bronze valve guides. the heads came with strange valve seals that have a ring around the top and a three prong band around the bottom. the heads were missing 2 of them so i figured id replaced them. i called around to some known shops and everyone told me to just use stock valve seals. figured it was easy enough. got the gm installer from work and installed them. i didnt like how the stock seal were going on but figured id give them a shot. sure enough they arent doing the job. i figured they must have got damaged possibly putting them on bc they went on tuff. so now i need to figure out what seals should be on there and replaced them.
so as i get to my original question whats the best tool for me to buy to decompress the springs in the car?

I like Tim's tool because its cheap. If you want to spring a little more cheese you can go with the Crane tool that does two springs at one. $32 vs. $100.

I borrowed my buddies that does 1 spring at a time and it took like 15 mins to remove all 16 valve springs. Definitely wouldn't pay ~$100 just to do 2 at a time.

I just built my own tool. It does one at a time, but it wouldnt be hard to build it to do both at once.

I used the same kinda and I really like it because you can move it around how you like to get the keepers in and out
