Default switching 853 heads to 806 heads

Hey, so a valve came unseated in my car, which has 853 heads, and i really need it and cant afford to do new heads or anything like that, so i got a set of 806 heads for super cheap with all good valves, springs, rockers and valve covers. So if i take the coils apart and fit them onto the 806 headsads, is there anything else i need to do? Anyone else done this? I know I am not going to get any performance gains, and maybe even a tad bit of loss, but i need my car. Thanks

Sorry missed that you got covers as well. You shouldnt need a retune, should be straight swap.

Heads bolts head gaskets and valve cover gaskets would be on my list to buy/replace.
