I had that issue once with Jesel rockers on TFS heads. It turned out to be rockers hitting the rivets that hold the baffles in the valve cover. I was able to grind them down a bit to cure the problem.

What's changed if stock pushrods, rockers and valve covers cause the rockers to hit the covers? Doesn't make sense for this to happen with stock parts.

I take it your cam is way more lift that stock ... probably the reason the rockers are hitting the covers.

If my lift is to high wouldn't all my rockers hit? I doubt Kurt measured wrong think the pushrods are 7.360

The only way a pushrod is going to make the rocker arm move higher is if the pushrod was so long that it bottomed out the lifter which would then cause more lift on the rocker arm and valve. If the the lifter is operating in it's plunger range, then the cam alone is what determines the rocker arm and valve lift.

Could be that there is something in the area on the covers that isn't giving enough room, causing these two rockers to hit due to the cam lift. Can you see where they are hitting on the inside of the cover?
