Default Head/Cam/Lifter swap - pushrod length question

So I had a cam, lifters, push rods, roller rockers, and cam installed on my 180K stock engine. Subsequently I blew it up showing a mustang what my tail lights looked like. I bought another engine with 83K on it. If I swap lifters, cam, heads, rockers and all will the push rods still be the right length and the valve geometry still be correct?

I'd also make sure you have it tuned better before you keep blowing engines. WHo really won that race with the Mustang, I'd have to say he did as his is probably still driving.

about an 1/16" of slop in the rod bearing. It was kinda weird the the way it went down. I was cruising down the highway about 70mph, this mustang rolls up next to me and revs. I just drop my car from OD to D and floor it. Poor mustang was left sittin. I lifted as my spedo was indicating 130 and when I lifted the engine stalled. I put it in neutral and tried to get it to start. 4 or 5 tries it finally lights up again but this time its knockin.
