What else do I need to make a reliable 100k mile newly cammed LS1?
So I just got a 2000 SS M6 and started buying up some parts. Here is what I have right now, what else should I consider getting by putting all of this into a 104k mile engine and have a reliable DD.
BMR Subframe Connectors
Motiv 4.10 Gears
SLP Lid
BBK SSI Intake
BBK 85mm TB
BBK High Flow Fuel Rails
Oil Catch can
Ws6store Helix Valve cover breather
FLP Long Tube Headers and ORY
Comp 224/224 112LSA .581Lift Cam
Comp 918 Springs
I still need to figure out a cat back. Can I just put a 3" Muffler on it and dump it before the axle?
Do I need some new Pushrods or is stock ok?
Retainers? Stuff like that I'm not too sure about and I just want to make sure my SS can still be reliable. None of this stuff is installed, I was planning on doing it all at the same time. And sending out the PCM for a Frost tune until I get some more $$$ together for the dyno. What else am I missing to make it all go well, should I install some before the other or do it all at once? Thanks for any and all input and sorry for all the questions, believe me I use the search feature but wanted to be sure about my exact setup.
I'll use it mostly for street driving, probably 95% and once every couple months take it to the track. I'm not planning on beating on it too hard.

Nice intake BTW, I say a good clutch, like monster level 2, you can get a borla xr1 part #40085, or dynomax bullet or moroso spiral flow, YouTube them to see which one you like to dump! Get chromemoly pushrods, are a must, and a valvespring kit w/ locks, seal and titanium retainers, must also, It seems that you're gonna be set after that, also a good tune!!!

I cammed my car at 103k and heads at 108k. She now has 123k Oh and I did a Monster stage 2 at 110k lol and have daily driven it for over a year like it is! as long as it all installed correctly and no shortcuts taken to make it cheaper you'll be fine! DO NOT take shortcuts on parts now because it will definitely cost you later! Good luck

It's kinda tuff on a Cam only. Until you pull the cam you really don't know what the lifters look like, and to change the lifters you need to pull the heads. Push Rods for sure and think about a new oil pump while you have it apart and a new timing chain. When you remove the push rods look at the end the goes into the lifter to make sure there is no wear, if there is then you will need to remove the heads and replace the lifters. When putting in a bigger cam you will need EVERYTHING to properly support that cam.

If you're pulling the heads off, you should also include:
- new LS7 lifters,
- new LS2 lifter trays.
Also include this:
- stock rocker trunion upgrade.
This will help clean up the PCV plumbing:
- LS6 style valley cover.
