Default 2007 6.0 For my 2000 Trans Am

i am starting to build a 6.0 out of a 2007 suburban for my 2000 Pontiac Trans Am. in the lifter vallye of My LS1 there ae two holes in the valley cover that have sensors in them. The 6.0 that i am looking to build does not use these sensors in the lifter valley so my questions are
1. Which valley cover do i need to run on the 6.0 when i put it back together?

2. Where do I get a wiring harness to reroute the wiring from the lifter valley to get to where these sensors are located on the new engine?
Any help with these questions will be greatly appreciated
