Default dual purpose cam ideas

I was wondering if there are any cams that will work with both n/a and turbo. I want to eventually go turbo but do a cam now. What would the specs be on a cam like that?

Any cam will work with any setup, just that some are going to benefit each more. So if you want the absoulte max performance, you're going to have to go with a custom spec'd cam. But if you just want to drive it, even a big donkey dick N/A cam will work on a turbo car (albeit not as well as a turbo cam).

There is no magic cam out there that will maximize both N/A and turbo setups.

If you know you're going to go with a turbo down the road, then get a turbo cam now and run that N/A. It won't kill your engine, but it also won't be as affective as a real N/A cam. But when it comes time for the turbo, you know you'll have it right.
