Default Tsp 233/239

I always see people running the TSP torquer cams and magic stick but why not this cam. I have a 98 camaro with full exhaust, 3500 stall, gears, and fast 90/90. Would this be a good cam or should I try something else? I don't care about it being a dd cam or anything along that nature. I simple want to go fast at the track and not change anything I already have.

233/239 is a really good upper midrange cam. I think youll shine with a bigger stall though. Youll definitely need more stall with the cam that was also mentioned. It will run of course but It will really get after it with a 4000+

i bought the 233/239, installed but haven't fired it up yet... i did alot of research before purchasing it and i heard nothing but good things about it. i think alot of people function on the bigger is better idea (not always true).... HP is a formula... not dissing the bigger cams cause i know they make big power as well.... cam is like a woman they come in all shapes and sizes because different people like different types and have different needs

My best friend made 403rwhp in his stick car T/A before selling the thing. Cam only with ls6 intake 85mm TB and Pacesetter headers with SLPII catback. Fun car needed 4.10s though

I have the 233/239 cam in the engine/trans setup I just bought. I haven't put it in my car yet, but it ran a 11.27 @ 126 I believe. Was in a 3500lb car with a 4k stall.
