Default guys running 243s on 5.3 i need your advice!!!!

Got a set of 243s with yellow springs.looking at putting them on my 5.3 after getting them milled down.so my ?s is HOW MUCH DID U MILL, WHAT SIZE HEADGASKETS DID U USE , WHAT LIFTERS DID U USE & WHAT SIZE PUSHRODS DID U USE?? I'm gona be useing a zo6 cam.. THANKS IN ADVANCE.....

243s come stock on some 5.3s. I would run a GM MLS head gasket and once assembled measure for pushrods last. For lifters, the GM LS7s are popular.

What year shortblock do you have? are the pistons flattops or dished? That will determine what you need to do.
