Who has built a 374 cubic inch ls1 using 3.90 eagle crank
Im getting ready to put together a 374 ls1 using one of the stroker cranks i have.....i have an eagle 3.90 stroke crank....eagle says to use 6.100 or longer rods....the factory rods are 6.098 so can they be used?? If not, oh well ill buy some more...also i have a friend with a 99 ls1 short block that i will be putting this combo in, and i was wondering do the bores usually clean up at 3.902? & what kinda power number can i expect with this short block using 226/230 eps cam, 243 heads, ls6 intake, full bolt ons, tunes, a4, 3k stall, 3.23....this is going in an 01 trans am

your going to have trouble finding a off the shelf piston for that stroke someone told me probe made a set but called them today and they said they dont make it anymore.... i want to do this same build pretty sure i was txting you the other night but dont want to spend $1000+ on a set custom pistons ... so if anyone knows of a off the shelf piston set made for 3.898-3.903 bore and 3.90 stroke please let us know... from the looks of it i might just be doing a very well built stock cube motor built for a nice shot of laughing gas

i see pistons for the 6.0 are more readily available off the shelf but i wanna keep the weight down and use the aluminum block, hopefully i can use the 3.902 pistons, but i'll know for sure friday
