Default 4.8 bad cam bearings

My 4.8 has bad cam bearings. However the rod and crank bearings look fine. Would it be a good idea to install new cam bearings/oil pump and put it back together? Any advice is appreciated

If i were going through the time and effort to change the cam bearings i would def change all the bearings, bc if the cams are worn then like the others are on their way, i would also inspect and thoroughly clean the oil gallies, bc it sounds like on got clogged slightly causing the hydrodynamic layer on the beaaring to be too thin, which wears the bearings quick
