Default Does NE1 have Sound Clips of Comp Cam 230/230 .592/.592 XER Cam?

I'm trying to decide between a 112LSA or 114LSA? I'd like to hear the 112.

Here you go... http://www3.sympatico.ca/jim_mills/images/Hawkdyno/

right click on the movie. That's Grott Long Tube headers, Off Road Y and SLP Dual Dual. It's the 230/230 .592 on a 112. It's dark but you can hear it

Thanks Jim. It sounds kind of mild. Is it? How is vibration inside the car at idle?

I'll be using the same Cat back, with SLP LT's, and Cats.

I thought it would be too wild, that's why I went 114, but I'll probably go 112 after hearing it.

I think part of the reason it sounds mild is becasue it's idling a little high there on initial fireup. I'd say it's around 1100rpm there but after about 15 seconds it drops to 950 and then you can really hear it lope. I'll get another video of the car already running to give you a fair comparison. Vibration inside the car is very noticible but this is my first cam car and have nothing to compare it too....

No problem... I won't be until the weekend but I'll get one up there on Saturday for you. From what I've heard ARE does use this cam quite often and are getting great results with it. I picked up 107rwhp and 63rwtq with this camshaft and stage 1 heads (using stock valves).
