Default Help! Have pin hole in one head!!

I got my heads back from a local porter. They are just ls1 casting. He knocked the price down a lot for me because he had taken too much meat when he took out the rocker arm inprint in the intake. The hole is little (pin size) but he says when I place the bolt in the threads it will seal off by its self and would not hurt the flow. My question is..would it hurt any gains that I am after, and will the rocker arm bolts seal the hole? Im just wondering has anyone ran into this problem before or is it just a big paper weight?
Thanks for all your help!
Chris

I thought a little blue loctite sealed the rocker holes in these cases?

It sounds like he should have taken all of the runners down even more. That is usually fully opened and the tips of the rocker bolts should get cut a bit (just short of the threads) so the tip doesn't stick into the hole in the air stream. I always shave down the bolts and fully cut throught that bump exposing the hole fully. I seal them with purple loc-tite.
