Default Stock rockers or Aftermarket?

I'm putting stage 2.5 PRC heads from TSP. Which rockers should I buy? and what ratio should I get? thanks!

what cam do you have, that matters for the rockers on those heads.

With an MS4's lift height, I think you'd definitely want a roller tip rocker.

I have an LS2 and put TSP 215 heads with a V3 cam. All I did was the comp cams bearing and shaft upgrade. It's really easy to do. A lot of people have done this on here and other sites as well.

I'd stick with stock and a trunion upgrade. Spend your money elsewhere. Stock rockers are the lightest rockers available for LS motors. Light in the valvetrain=more stability at high rpm.
