Sudden High Idle
I've read all the stuff here on high idle rpm.
I checked every vacuum line I can find, even the PCV.
No vacuum leaks, no throttle binding.
I disconnected the battery but that didn't work.
Anymore ideas before I take her into the shop?
Cleaned the MAF and TB with no luck.

The IAC just came apart in pieces when removed.
I will replace the TPS also.
I shouldn't be too upset as it is a 12 year old car and the very first component failure with the exception of those Damn window motors and one headlight motor.
Still, I love this car and plan on keeping her around.

Found the issue...
It was the chip set that went bad that I added.
IAC was a mess but after changing it, the idle did not come down.
So much for aftermarket electronics.
