Default advancing cam increases intake PTV clearance

does anyone know how much roughly advancing or retarding the camshaft would increase or decrease PTV clearance on the valves. for example if you install a cam strait up (cam is built with zero advance or retard) and then measure the PTV clearances of the valves. you get .100" intake PTV clearance and .120" exhaust PTV clearance. Then you advance the cam 2 degrees and re measure, what would you get (theoretically)?. does anyone know what the "factor" would be for this?
