Thumbs down need advice

hey everyone, new to the board. well new to being a member anyways. i need some advice on piston and cam choice. i recently purchased an lq4. motor is said to have a knock but i havent had time to open it up yet. its gonna be going in my fox mustang. its gonna be somewhat of a budget build. im gonna run stock heads and stock crank/rods. gonna have the heads ported and decked a little, looking to get a good amount of compression out of it. whats a good piston to run thats not retarded expensive? trying get into the 6.50 class on motor.

thanks for the help
Ryan

ps gonna be a track only car.

look at TSP for piston sets.talk to Patrick-G and get a custom cam ,$25 more then a shelf cam.you need to tell a cam guy every thing about your car and your performance goals .
